The location was magnificent, right by many attractions, Plaza España metro stations and Plaza Mayor and Las Huertas area, in a secure area. I was offered a room with great views of the urban.

All of the staff where superbly friendly and excellant. The location was great and fantastic, for example, a ridge-top palace was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. We really enjoyed the property because it was close to a subway station.

We had wheelchair accessible room with shower, a comfortable sofa plus bathroom, which was important. It was very handy to have a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher. The setting was excellent, near to shopping district and the centre of gran.
